I’m Bobby, the owner of Bruchsch & Sons, and remodeling runs in the family. I grew up learning the trade from my father, and after an injury ended my career in law enforcement, I knew exactly where I was meant to be: back on the job site, serving people in a different way.
I started Brucksch & Sons with one goal: to bring honesty, clarity, and care to an industry that often lacks all three. That’s why we lead with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We give updates daily. And we treat every home like it belongs to someone we love.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction world, I’ve developed a deep respect for the work, the people who do it, and the homeowners who trust us with their homes.
I manage the day-to-day operations on the job site: coordinating crews, working with subcontractors, and making sure everything stays on schedule and up to the high standards we hold ourselves to. I don’t just want the job done. I want it done right.
I stay in close contact with our clients throughout the build because I know how important communication is. When questions come up or adjustments need to be made, I’m there to talk it through and find the best path forward.
What I enjoy most about this work is seeing a home come to life, not just visually, but in how it makes people feel when it’s finished. That’s what drives me: building with integrity, staying calm under pressure, and making sure you feel confident throughout the process.

As Project Coordinator at Brucksch & Sons Remodeling, Kristen Mullan plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our remodeling projects from start to finish. With years of hands-on experience in and around the construction industry, KHi, I’m Kristen. As Project Coordinator here at Brucksch & Sons Remodeling, I’m the one making sure all the moving parts behind your project stay organized, on track, and stress-free. From scheduling subcontractors to managing timelines and keeping everyone in the loop, I help things run smoothly so you don’t have to worry about the details.
I work closely with you during the final selection process, helping you choose materials and finishes that match your vision and your budget. I’m also one of your main points of contact during the build, so if you have a question, need an update, or just want to talk something through, I’m here.
Part of my role also involves keeping an eye on quality, making sure the work being done on-site meets our standards and yours. And if anything ever needs to be addressed after the project wraps up, I handle warranty claims directly to make sure you’re taken care of.
To me, great remodeling isn’t just about how the space looks when it’s done. It’s about how it feels to get there. My job is to make that experience clear, comfortable, and well-coordinated from beginning to end.risten brings a deep understanding of the details that drive successful outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.
Kristen is responsible for coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring each phase of the job moves forward efficiently. She serves as a key point of contact for our clients, providing consistent updates and guiding homeowners through the final selection process for finishes and materials.
Her role also includes overseeing on-site quality control to ensure every detail meets our high standards. Additionally, Kristen handles all warranty claims, ensuring that any post-project concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
